- Sizzling Cowboy Steak: a delicious and tender 16 oz. Bone-in rib eye steak, one of our highest quality and most popular cuts, seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with sautéed Portobello mushrooms and completed at the table with a rich peppercorn demi glace. Served on a sizzling hot skillet and accompanied by a hot and steamy baked potato.
- Sizzling Chipotle Cream Steak Topped with Shrimp:The flavors of the American Southwest are brought together when our juicy 7 oz. house sirloin is char grilled, placed in a sizzling iron skillet and topped with succulent shrimp and a spicy chipotle cream sauce with crispy potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions and black bean & corn salsa.
Seafood lovers won’t be disappointed: two Sizzling varieties are available for them as “Sizzling BBQ Salmon” returns to the menu joining the already popular favorite “Sizzling Jumbo shrimp:
- Sizzling BBQ Salmon: Grilled salmon served sizzling with crispy fried potatoes, sautéed onions and peppers, topped with your choice of our homemade honey BBQ or Korean BBQ sauce.
- Sizzling Jumbo Shrimp: Blackened sautéed jumbo prawns served over a bed of Mexi-rice with onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and corn and all tossed in a spicy garlic tomato sauce.
And finally, a “Sizzling Blackened Trio” offers guests, in one dish, a combination of chicken, shrimp and beef:
- Sizzling Blackened Trio: Blackened chicken, shrimp and beef sausage simmer over this Creole-style skillet with white rice and crunchy peppers topped with Cajun cream sauce.
