• Sizzling Cowboy Steak:  a delicious and tender 16 oz. Bone-in rib eye steak, one of our highest quality and most popular cuts,  seasoned with salt and pepper and topped with sautéed Portobello mushrooms and completed at the table with a rich peppercorn demi glace. Served on a sizzling hot skillet and accompanied by a hot and steamy baked potato.

• Sizzling Chipotle Cream Steak Topped with Shrimp:The flavors of the American Southwest are brought together when our juicy 7 oz. house sirloin is char grilled, placed in a sizzling iron skillet and topped with succulent shrimp and a spicy chipotle cream sauce with crispy potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions and black bean & corn salsa.

Seafood lovers won’t be disappointed:  two Sizzling varieties are available for them as “Sizzling BBQ Salmon” returns to the menu joining the already popular favorite “Sizzling Jumbo shrimp:

• Sizzling BBQ Salmon:  Grilled salmon served sizzling with crispy fried potatoes, sautéed onions and peppers, topped with your choice of our homemade honey BBQ or Korean BBQ sauce.

• Sizzling Jumbo Shrimp: Blackened sautéed jumbo prawns served over a bed of Mexi-rice with onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, and corn and all tossed in a spicy garlic tomato sauce.

And finally, a “Sizzling Blackened Trio” offers guests, in one dish, a combination of chicken, shrimp and beef:

• Sizzling Blackened Trio:  Blackened chicken, shrimp and beef sausage simmer over this Creole-style skillet with white rice and crunchy peppers topped with Cajun cream sauce.

We were welcomed to the venue  by the Floor Manager Pauline Grace – a very lovely lady with bright smiles. Being a person who tends to avoid crowds, and prefer the silence at most times, I opted to dine on the upper deck of the restaurant. For me, Silence is serenity.

Where we sat

Starting off with drinks was a given as its summer. For drinks, we opted Mango Banana Smoothie and Strawberry Coco Frost Smoothie – Exotic fruits combined in the most effective manner to beat the heat! (The drinks are off the offer)

We opted for the Mozzarella sticks as Appetizers- and even before We could remember making the order – voila! They were all crispy, golden fried and served on my table. We did not even have to wait a bit after we made the order.

For the Entrées, we went with the Three Cheese Chicken Penne and the Zesty Roma Chicken and Shrimp. The Zesty Roma Chicken speaks for itself was every bit as zesty, and the veggies combined with it were just great.  The Three Cheese Chicken Penne was my favorite pick! It was succulent, and delicious to its last morsel!

We were overly filled by the time we were done and literally had to pull ourselves up from the seat. The portions are more than just filling and a well designed option for a hearty lunch/ dinner.  This offer is a great one, and one you shouldn’t be missing! Applebee’s has all the perfect settings: a hearty meal, immensely impressive service, and a warm familial staff. Finally, with the Happy Family who welcomed me!
